Chapter 45

 

 

It was true.

 

Amber's fingers, his lips, every touch left Ange wanting more. Every kiss stirred his soul, making him tremble with desire. With every heated moment, every intimate caress, Ange's mind slipped further and further away from reality.

 

He just wanted more—more of Amber, more of this intense passion. He wanted Amber to claim every part of him, to make him his completely. That was all that mattered in those moments.

 

As long as Amber touched him, it was easy to forget... to pretend that other man never existed, as if he had never been there at all.

 

But... as the heat subsided, as Ange's mind cleared, it was still there. A lingering scent.

 

"I can still smell him, you know?"

 

Amber's voice broke through Ange's thoughts, voicing exactly what had been on his mind.

 

The scent of the traitor, though faint, still clung stubbornly to Ange's body. Though it was mixed with the smell of cigarettes, the traitor's distinctive scent lingered, like he had marked Ange.

 

The memory made Ange feel sick—the wetness of the traitor's saliva, the rough breaths brushing his skin. The way the traitor's hands had groped him, sliding over his neck, his shoulders, his chest, his waist... remembering it made Ange's skin crawl, the sensation of those thick fingers moving inside him replaying in his mind.

 

"It pisses me off," Amber muttered irritably, grabbing a bar of soap from the tray and working up a lather.

 

"I'm going to wash it all off you. Every bit of it."

 

Amber's large, soap-covered hand gently slid over Ange's neck, down his shoulders, and along his arms with a slow, deliberate motion.

 

"A-Amber, I can wash myself," Ange protested, pulling his neck back as he squirmed.

 

The slippery sensation, caught between ticklish and pleasant, only heightened the warmth radiating from his feverish body.

 

But Amber immediately dismissed Ange's protest.

 

"No. I'll do it."

 

With that, Amber lifted Ange and sat him on his lap. The movement pressed their bodies even closer together, leaving Ange with even less room to move.

 

Amber's hand reached around from behind, his fingers brushing against Ange's chest, now exposed above the water's surface.

 

"Did he touch you here too?"

 

Amber rubbed soapy lather over Ange's chest, his slick fingers swirling and circling over the sensitive nipples.

 

"Ahh—… I don't… kn… uh…"

 

The tingling sensation shot up Ange's spine, making him let out a soft moan as his lips parted.

 

His chest, now fully hardened, glowed a deep red beneath the bubbles, the peaks standing erect. Amber glanced over Ange's shoulder, his gaze focused on them.

 

"Does it feel good?"

 

"Sh-shut… up… ngh… ah…"

 

"Feels good, doesn't it?"

 

Amber teased, tweaking the stiffened tips of Ange's chest between his fingers. Ange's voice came out in gasps, somewhere between protest and surrender, the words barely making sense.

 

"A-ah… no… ngh… ahh."

 

The sounds escaping from Ange's lips were no longer coherent.

 

"Then let yourself feel even better. Until you can't think of anything but me."
